- If you can't find the right house plan but found something close, simply make note of ALL changes to fit your needs. You are now ready to have your custom house plans drawn up by Dan Williams. Dan is without a doubt, the best price around at $.85 per square foot under roof. He is retired and an absolute pleasure to work with. He meets via Zoom meetings so the process is extremely convenient. (Note: Plans can take up to 30-60 days. We will work with Dan to ensure maximum use of all space on your custom plans. We will then send your plans out for bid to obtain the best price possible for you.)
- We found the lot – Immediately meet at the lot to discuss where the home will sit, all topography, clearing, water, sewer, etc.
- We will submit and negotiate your “Offer To Purchase” as soon as you decide on a lot so you don't lose it to someone else.
